The Psychological Support Line for Men, available at 2345, was launched in October 2022. It is the first specialized hotline in Ukraine that provides free and anonymous psychological assistance. Its establishment addresses the need to break stereotypes about men’s resilience and the reluctance to seek psychological support, especially during wartime and crisis situations.

Since its inception, psychologists have provided over 18,000 consultations through the hotline.

Top 5 Issues reported by men who call the Line: 

• anxiety disorders; 
• depressive states; 
• family problems and conflicts with loved ones; 
• loss of income and employment; 
• alcohol dependency.

The hotline operates at 2345 and offers free, anonymous support daily from 8:00 AM to midnight. Additionally, an online chat service is available on Telegram at this link.

The Psychological Support Line for Men 2345 was created in collaboration with the UN Population Fund in Ukraine and the NGO Innovative Social Solutions, with support from the Government of the United Kingdom.
